Post by: marluc on November 17, 2009, 02:07:48 PM
Hello everybody:

I would like to convert an ICM Spitfire Mk.IX into a PR.XI and need to know what panel lines should be filled, the location of the camera lenses openings and the modifications to be done, beside the curved windsecreen and the bulged chin.
Thanks in advance for your help,Greetings.

Martin

Hi Martin!

Contact me via mail and I can help you with a bit of material. I would also strongly recommend that you get yourself a book called "Spitfire in Blue" by Hugh Smallwood. It doesn't seem to be in print right now but there are lots of second hand books available, just google "Spitfire in Blue".

Best regards

Magnus
