Title: Original boxed unused Heywood compressor
Post by: Dulaich on April 01, 2011, 06:28:11 PM
I've been rumaging through our old barn today, trying to have a clear out of some of the junk my Grandfather left behind.

I've come up with an original, boxed, unused Heywood compressor which was signed out of the factory in Galesburg, Illinois  on November 27th 1943.

It's in its origiinal Packard Rolls Royce box, still has the sticky tape on the threads and has its labels still with it.

Question..........

How do I upload photo's of it so that you can see it?

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place.

Frank

Please, have a look.

Then I'll ask if it's worth anything. lol

Not only brand new, but with it's inspection labels. There can't be many examples like that about, I can imagine a museum might well be interested, but in these cash-strapped times....
