I am looking for high resolution images of the following to illustrate an article on Spitfires in a book I am writing about my father's experiences as a Spitfire pilot during WW2 in Italy with the South African Airforce:
Pics of the interior of the cockpit showing controls
Front cover of "Pilots notes for Spitfire"
Cut away illustration of the Spitfire ( whole aircraft)
Any help appreciated.

Worth a look into the unofficial South African Air Force website, a very good one, run by enthusiasts.  I have seen some great wartime photos and articles about the SAAF WWII operations on the site.
